Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
- Due to limited everyday service slots, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your prior scheduled service slot. This gives us the opportunity to fill the particular slot to another needy customer. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your service slot, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 24 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future pest control service slot. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, you will lose the payment made for the service booked. PESTGOGO management has only the right to be flexible here.
- Cancellations made 2 days or more in advance of the scheduled service date will receive a 100% refund.
- You can only claim a refund if you have an official SMS/WhatsApp confirmation with a reference ticket number from our side. In case, you do not receive a reference ticket number even after cancelling well within the allowed window, please call our helpline.
